A few rules so the results mean something. Use a temporary or logged-out chat, or turn memory off, because otherwise the tool knows who you are and that you work there. Use the exact same wording every time. Run each prompt twice, because answers change between runs, and if you show up once out of two, that's a result too. And write down the date.
